Fishing is fun and Klinkhammer is an extremely effective fly, but it takes lots of time and patience to catch Arctic char with dry fly gear.

Arctic char (Salvelinus alpinus) grows to about 2 kg (2.4 lb) in these waters, but the smaller ones are better to eat and this one is a perfect size for 2 people. 
Fishing is very good in this part of Lapland and you can also catch Greyling  (Thymallus thymallus) and trout.
